All athletes must be 50 years old by December 31, 2012. Athlete's competition age will be based on his/her age on December 31, 2012.

Early Bird registration will end on February 25th ($30 registration fee plus event fees). Registration after this is $35 plus fees and will close on Friday, March 16, 2012. (Except Track & Field and Deca-Challenge, which closes on March 9, 2012.)
Entry and event fees must be paid in full and mus accompany the entry forms. Forms received without appropriate fees will not be processed. The Team Captain is responsible for submitting a team roster, team fee, and the individual registrant's information forms together.
